Where are the servers physically located?
Our web servers are housed within Equinix and Earthlink Enterprise Data Centers located in Toronto, Canada and Rochester, NY, USA respectively. Web servers are directly connected to world-class fiber optic networks which ensure that your web site experiences superior performance in a fully-redundant and secure environment. All shared hosting servers are located in the New York data centers. On request, we can add servers to additional data centers around the world, including London, Sydney, and others. What if I want more memory than 8Gb or more storage than 200GB or…
We can do that. Please contact us with your details and we will provide you with a quote.
How many email addresses am I allowed to have?
You are allowed to have unlimited email addresses. If you purchase a cPanel or Plesk license for your server, then an email server will be automatically installed with your hosting account. If you don’t purchase a server control panel license with your server then you will need to install an email server.
How do I cancel my hosting account?
You may cancel your hosting account by contacting us and requesting a cancellation.
What is the difference between a managed server and a self-managed server?
If you purchase a managed server license, you are assigned a single support representative for all of your support needs related to your server. They will assist you with server setup, email setup, installation services, and optimization for the needs of your particular website’s environment. A self-managed server still has technical support, but requests go into a pool of requests that take longer to respond and responses may come from any technical support representative.
What if I want to upgrade my memory or storage space later or….?
You may upgrade your services at any time. To get started, send in a technical support request.
Can you help with migrating my site to our new server?

Do you offer SSL certificates?
Yes, we do. You must have a dedicated IP addresses in order to have a SSL certificate for your domain. Each cloud and dedicated server comes with at least one dedicated IP address that you can use for a single domain, so if you plan to have multiple domains and multiple SSL certificates please plan your hosting account accordingly. Shared hosting accounts do not have a dedicated IP unless you sign up for Shared Secure or Secure Plus. Switching plans and/or adding IP addresses after signup is also fine.
How much do SSL certificates cost? Will you install it for me?
We offer free installation of any SSL certificate purchased through us. The most basic SSL certificate that we offer is a 256-bit encryption Domain Validation SSL issued through Comodo and can be purchased for $25 a year. This should be sufficient for most scenarios, but if you need more advanced certificates for your domain we can help. We offer multi-domain, multi-subdomain, organization validation, or extended validation (EV-SSL) certificates also depending on your needs. Contact us now to get your SSL purchase started.
